If you are having a large event be sure to get yourself a barback/ runner. They will help the bartender or mixologist make sure your guests will get their drinks. For larger event we will strongly recommend you getting a barback/ runner, because they will be able go make sure cups, ice, drinks are fully stocked at the bar plus they will make sure the bar area stays clean. If you are unsure about needing a barback please call or email us and we will be glad to figure it out for you.
Barback/ Runner
We completely understand that plans change and sometimes you have to cancel your event. As long as you let us know about the cancelation five days (120 hours) before the date of the event you will get a full refund. If you cancel less then five days before the event you will get half of the total amount back. This is because the barback/runer has taken the shift and will not be able to pick up another shift for that day.
This rarely happens but when it does we realize that this can be devastating to the event. A couple of things might have happened, the barback/ runner hit traffic or the barback/ runner got in an accident. If the barback/ runner is not at your event at the start time please call us right away. Our number is 661-235-6311. If you get a voicemail please make sure you tell us the name the party is under along with the start time. We check our voicemails all the time and will call the barback/ runner first before we give you a call back. If we can not get a hold of the barback/ runner we will do our best to send you the closest barback/ runner we have in your area.
